Life is valued by how much success you have in your life. Also life is about happiness not about about how much money you make. You can still be happy and not make a lot of money

Racial Profiling is a huge problem that sadly will always be around. People are cruel and judgmental and thats just the way it is. No matter how wrong it is, it happens every day. Over the years it has gotten a lot better, but its still a big issue. The big problem is, there are too many issues in the world to be able to completely wipe out one. Hopefully it gets smaller over more time, but it will still be around.

Names are important for two reasons. The first is communication. If I have not a name for which individuals may use to address to me or to refer to me as, it will be very difficult for me to interact with others. Without a name, no one can be directed to me by another. No one can properly address to me either. If someone is looking for me and he or she says, “Hey you!” that person gets everyone’s attention and no one will know who he or she is talking about unless that person rudely points fingers.
The second purpose of names is identity. Every name carries the identity of its person (although the literal meaning of the name may not describe the person in any way.) The name of a person carries his or her record of good, crimes, deeds, professions, hobbies, and even the physical features. It is much better for me to say, “Samson is strong,” than for me to say, “The guy with long hair opposing the Philistines who likes that one girl leading him to his doom is strong.”
Names also have meanings. The name Abraham means “Father of multitudes.” The name Jacob means “Heel Catcher.” The name Vela means “Candle” or literally “Light.” However, names that define who a person is can never truly be given until the person has matured and has found what his or her calling in life is. A man can be named “Smith” but if he is a carpenter, it does not suite him well.

(con't)

My name means “Lover of horses” or “He cares for horses.” This is true in some respect because I do love horses. Of all God’s creatures, horses are among my favorites. I value loyalty, friendship, and strength and the horse has all of these. My name does not fit my profession, however. I have never ridden a horse before. I have seen them personally only five times in my life. I do not live on a farm (which is something I greatly desire) and tend to their care. Therefore, my name does not suite very well.
If I could rename myself, I would call myself Squire. In all ways, I am a squire. I do not want the highest position of power and or authority, but I want to work for and report directly to the one who is. I enjoy being the Captain’s first lieutenant. I would rather be the assistant manager than the manager. I would be the Vice President of a club than the President to the club. I find joy serving the one single powerful person who serves all; much like our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I serve and fight along side the strongest person who is righteous and virtuous at heart.

Grades will not be posted until sometime after the New Year. I'll grade the essays, but the weather threw off the expected turn-in dates for teachers. I'll post here if I get the grades onto edline by Tuesday afternoon.

Did you give your wiki page a title, skinnygirls? I don't see it anywhere on the wiki. Bring in your hard copy. Be sure to show how you have edited the essay.
